This is my start of something new!

After I weighed in at my last doctors appointment I realized something: I'm fat! Okay, actually, I'm more than fat. My BMI and weight for my height actually puts me in the "obese" category of life. That was a new low for me! Now I've always been one who's been okay with my body type and was never one to fall into the realm of wishing I had the body of a supermodel, but I think that my current situation is nothing short of ridiculous!

So here's my plan: Rob and I purchased a Wii Balance Board and WiiFit earlier this year and were both doing really well and weighing in and working out every day for at least 30 minutes. Starting tomorrow (September 1st) I am going to weigh in using WiiFit every morning (that I am at my home, at least) and blog my current weight and BMI per my body test each day. From there I will also keep track of my progress and what I do for exercise each day and keep track of what kinds of foods I eat and how much in each meal I have.

My hope is that in doing this I will find some sense of accountability to get myself back into the shape that I was before my two adorable children were born, and hopefully even back to when Rob and I got married!
